- purchaser has 15 days from receipt to return or exchange product(s)
- purchaser must obtain authorization to return the product(s) by contacting customersupport@myrewardstore.com prior to the return
- any product(s) approved for return or exchange must be unused/unworn and in the original packaging if any
- purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs
